News Front, on July 22, published an article titled “Lawsuits Filed Against Fauci and Gates for Creating and Artificially Disseminating the Virus with the Obama Foundation”. The article has been shared on its Facebook page by Eurasia, a news agency, where the founder of Eurasian Institute – Gulbaat Rtskhiladze – works and which manages a Facebook group called “გაზეთ "საქართველო და მსოფლიო"-ს ჯგუფი:Россия и Грузия- дружба навеки!”. The article mentions that a lawsuit has been filed against Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Bill Gates, and the Obama Foundation. Anthony Fauci has been a leading member of the anti-coronavirus task force since January 2020. News Front claims that they are accused of disabling and killing hundreds of thousands of children, as well as artificially creating and disseminating the virus. Obama, on the other hand, will be prosecuted due to allocating USD 3.7 million to Wuhan Laboratory.

The given article by News Front is a lie. No lawsuits have been filed in the U.S. against Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates.
- In fact, this article by News Front is based on the Next News Network’s program called Special Report in which three representatives of medicine and science spheres – Rashid Buttar, Shiva Ayyadurai, and Judy Mikovits were demanding that Dr. Fauci be arrested because the crisis harms the American economy. They also accused Bill Gates of planning to use vaccines for inserting chips into humans and establishing total control. It is noteworthy that the given TV report is not available on the official channel of the Special Report by the Next News Network. It has been re-uploaded by individual users and is dated April 30, May 1, and May 2.
- The accusations against Bill Gates on inserting chips into humans and experimenting on children are not new and are fake. Myth Detector has published articles on this issue as well. The conspiracy that Bill Gates uses the coronavirus vaccine to insert chips into humans and establish total control is quite widespread. However, this is not true. This conspiracy theory has appeared after Bill Gates predicted an existence of “digital certificates” that, according to a comment given by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to the Reuters, means having an open platform that would provide for a wide access to information. Bill Gates has not mentioned implanting microchips into humans. Moreover, the claim that Gates is being litigated for experimenting on children or committing crimes against humanities is false as well.
Reuters Fact Check wrote about these fake accusations against Anthony Fauci and Bill Gates as well.
AS for the USD 3.7 million, allocated by the Obama Administration to the Wuhan Laboratory, a fact-checking platform Snopes writes that the given claim is partially false. It is true that a portion of the USD 3.7 million were given by the National Institutes of Health to Eco health Alliance, a global environmental health nonprofit organization that was funding research of the Wuhan Institute of Virology. However, it is false that the USD 3.7 million were used only for funding the Wuhan Institute of Virology or that the funds were fully issued by the Obama Administration. Approximately 700,000 from these 3.7 million were given green light during the Trump Administration.
